Card packs hold cards chosen at random. This page lists the chance of each rarity in every card pack, the guarantee that tops those chances up, and the chance of each card pack from an Arena run. It is the Odds Disclosure described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service, and it is read from the same settings the game draws packs from.
Card packs are not sold, for Gems or for Gold, to players whose Steam store is in these countries: Belgium and Brazil.

| 5 | 60% | 25% | 12% | 3% |
- Chance a pack has an Epic or better card
- 47.8% (about 1 in every 2 packs)
- Chance a pack has a Legendary card
- 11.5% (about 1 in every 9 packs)
These chances are before the guarantee. The guarantee below makes sure you get an Epic or better card within 10 packs and a Legendary card within 40 packs.
How a pack is filled
- Each card's rarity is decided first, by the odds for its slot. The card is then picked from the droppable cards of that rarity in the pack's pool, each weighted by its drop rate.
- A pack never holds the same card twice.
- Packs tied to a season draw only from that season.
The guarantee
- Epic or better card
- within every 10 packs
- Legendary card
- within every 40 packs
- Any 10 packs you open in a row include at least one Epic or better card, and any 40 in a row include at least one Legendary card.
- Every pack you open counts, whatever its type or however you got it, and your progress carries over between pack types.
- When a pack completes a run without the rarity that run guarantees, its first card is raised to that rarity. If both are due, it becomes Legendary.
- Opening a pack with a Legendary card resets both counts. Opening a pack with an Epic card, and no Legendary, resets the Epic count only.
- The slot percentages above are the odds before this guarantee is applied.
Arena rewards
Arena rewards do not currently include card packs.
