Effect Clarifications & Inconsistencies

The request

It would probably be good to do a full sweep of all card effects before launch and make sure the descriptions are written consistently for similar effects and match what the cards do. See some examples below. 1. Some cards are once per combat or limited in other ways like Punch but their effects are written the same as cards like Melon Head that activate every time their condition is met. If effects have limits please list them. 2. Inconsistent wording is used for similar effects like dice modification. Some cards say "reduce" and others say "decrease" which makes searching harder in the deck builder. 3. Some cards that change threat or health for the rest of the run use the term "permanently" and others don't making it seem like it is just for the battle. Some cards say "round" but I believe the terms are "battle" or "run" now. I think two terms is plenty here and one of these three should be removed unless it actually has a different meaning. 4. Some cards like Ao Ao say things like deal damage to a "single enemy" but that is how all effects work unless specified otherwise. That should probably be removed to the standard wording of deal 3 damage which innately means to the one highest threat enemy. 5. Most keywords have clear definitions know but there are still some like "Sleeping" that say things like "Unable to act until awoken." I have no idea what would waken a unit but other effects like "Frozen" are more clear and say things like "for a turn or until hit by an attack." 6. Some cards like those with "Counter Attack" do not play as written because they do not deal damage when they take damage in all scenarios. It seems like some things like debuffs that deal them damage do not trigger them but other abilities likes being "sap" do trigger them. Either the effect isn't working as intended or the definition should be changed to "excluding debuffs." I'm sure there are more things too but thought I'd get the ball rolling with this.
