Losing points on a "Victory!"

It seems like a bit of a flavor fail that it is possible to have your rank decrease when you win a run and the screen says "Victory!" Everything in the game design and marketing points to the "run" being a cohesive thing instead of independently ranked battles. In cases where rank would decrease on 10 wins I recommend it defaulting to +1 or even +0 at least instead.
